Blizzard Ball 2013
will be held Sat-Sun Feb 9-10.
Greetings, Blizzard Ball Players!
We are sorry to let you know that we have had to
cancel this year’s tournament. Our weather has not cooperated and we do
not have enough snow to be able to host the tournament. While we have
always said the tournament would be played under any weather conditions,
our local Parks & Rec Department has advised us that due to the
temperate weather and lack of snow on the fields, they will not allow us
to play. They have been making improvements on the fields and feel our
use of the fields in this condition would be detrimental to these
improvements and would impact our spring and summer recreationists in
Missoula.
If you sent in a check for your entry fee, the
check will be returned. If you paid cash and/or paypal, a check will be
sent back made out to the person on the roster. (If you need the check
made out to someone else, please let me know at your earliest
convenience so we can get you reimbursed.)
We sincerely apologize for not being able to host this fun fundraising event this year and hope we can get it done next year.
